Account Registration

By creating a user account with BG East you can save your shipping, contact and billing information for later use (or edits), as well as track orders you place. All information you provide is kept confidential and shall be used solely to fulfill orders. Information is stored in a secure location and not transmitted via e-mail. We do require an active email address that you regularly check so that we can confirm your identity and send email receipts for purchases, as well as answer any issues. We do not share our mailing list with any other company or concern. Strict confidentiality is assured.

NOTE ABOUT JOINING ARENA OR CURRENT ARENA MEMBERS: You do not need to create separate account to shop on BG East and to access The Arena. Previous and current subscribers to The Arena membership area can use your Arena username and password to log into the BG East webstore, and vice versa. You will have the option upon checkout to choose a different payment method than what you currently use for The Arena, if desired. Logging on here just makes it easier to shop and access your Arena DISCOUNTS without entering the membership site directly. Any Own-To-BGEast Match or rental VOD you purchase on bgeast.com will show up in the OTA-Match and VOD libraries when you sign on to The Arena website for easy access!

By registering with the BG East online store, or placing an order on bgeast.com, you authorize BG East to mail or email materials and/or circulars from BG East (please note: we never share our mailing lists with anyone or any other company).
