1. USING OUR WEBSITES AND ORDERING SYSTEM
Use bgeast.com's on demand VOD PAGE to read about and access over 2100 matches from over 1000 products. STREAM ANY MATCH right here with NO MEMBERSHIP NEEDED (just a free registered BGEast Account**). You can 'log off' your BGEast Account at the bottom right of every page, or access My Account to see any currently active 'Streaming Video Purchases' and play them from there.
Save money on your streaming rental VODs, or own2bge match streams -- AND get free hundreds of video previews and clips, tens of thousands of large uncensored photos, and more -- by joining THE ARENA, our membership area using the same (ideally) bgeast account ID (by Renew/Upgrading on the Arena page).
Use the "JUMP TO..." drop-down menu on the top menu bar on any page to go to any section of bgeast.com. Also access The Arena at BG East, our responsive Members-Only Area, there, or by clicking Arena links on the homepage of BGEast. Arena works more efficiently on phones and tablets, but all our sites work on both.
For viewing our content without Arena, you have three options when you on the main BGEast site:
Buy streaming VOD of a match for 24 hours, for one time use (stay logged on to your BGEast Account for faster access
Buy DVD of a full product
Buy 'Own-To-BGEast' match of selected matches
To do this, choose the match or product you want to buy on either a Series Page, or on any Match page. Click on either 'Watch It Now on VOD'/'Watch VOD', or 'Buy Now'/ 'Add DVD to Cart' or 'Purchase Own-To-BGEast Match (for those select few available outside The Arena for owning). For each match you are an Arena member you will have more options to view photo galleries and free clips if you log in to your current Arena subscribed account.
For DVDs you can:
--Buy as a registered customer, with BGEast Account or
--Buy without creating a Registered BGEast Account.
ARENA MEMBERS can also sign in, using your Arena membership account, and purchase DVDs. This will use your already-stored information from our secure database, including part of your credit card.
Own To Arena and Arena VOD Discounts
Exclusively available to ARENA members, is our 'Own To Arena' (OTA) cloud storage video service, as well as 'Own To Arena Matches' and all our VODs at least a 30% discount, plus some specialty holds and classic match VOD match rental options. These video streams are only available while you are signed on to your Arena account during an active subscription. There is also a 'Free VOD for the Week' every week on The Arena.
For any purchase on The Arena, you will be able to update your account record, and will also have the option to use a completely different credit card than the one used for your Arena Membership renewals, as you place your order. Either way, you must provide your card security code to finish the purchase. Keep in mind you can also order directly on bgeastarena.com while logged into our Members Area, which allows easier access and browsing.
**CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NOT ARENA MEMBERS can create a free registered BG East Account with user name and password so you can return and not have to enter all your address information again each time you order. You can convert this BG East Account to an Arena Membership at any time, but you DO NOT have to create separate usernames and passwords for each account (Use 'Renew Membership' on the Arena Tour page menu to UPGRADE your current BG East Account to one of our Arena options. Your email address must be one you actually use and check, because all receipts and communications must go to that as well as giving us a way to contact you for issues.
You also always have the option of just ordering DVDs without creating a personal Registered Customer Account, as before. Your order information will be saved in our purchase records, but you will not be able to access this information. See our Privacy Policy at the Privacy Link at the bottom of this page if you want your order information to be deleted.

2. STREAMING VIDEO MATCH RENTALS, and OWN TO ARENA OPTION, and DVDs
You can rent all our current and past catalog matches as streaming matches as VODs on our main site. Rentals are for 24 hours and can be paid by credit card. You do have to create a BGEast Account to play your rental streams but your browser should stay logged in until you choose 'Log Out' at the bottom of any page. A BGEast Account is FREE. Selected matches are also available as 'own2bge' for unlimited viewing after purchase.
In addition we offer subscribing 'Members' of The ARENA membership site the option to purchase matches or whole products for use during their active memberships using 'OWN-TO-ARENA' (OTA). For more information, see our ARENA FAQs. We also offer free Streaming Videos of selected matches on The Arena including a selected 'Free VOD for the Week' every week. Arena members also have access to the rental VOD service but at a DISCOUNT from the pricing of non-members (on bgeast.com), as well as more options than on the main site (you can rent not just 24 hours but also for 7 days). All at a low price that's even lower using Arena-tokens, a discount paying option that minimizes credit card uses for each rental or purchase!

3. FORMATS and Match/Product Descriptions Available on bgeast.com
The BGEast Website allows you to browse our selection of products in detail. All our products are online with complete descriptions and color photos for your enjoyment, organized by catalog, by series, by type, or searchable by themes. For more extensive galleries of enlargeable photos, video highlights clips, and trailers, join The Arena at BG East, bgeastarena.com, our membership site linked on every page of bgeast.com
Most matches are available as
1) streaming Video On Demand Rentals, with pricing and length of rental dependent on whether you are an ARENA member or not.
2) All full-product titles on bgeast.com are also available as "Own-To-Arena streams", meaning that Arena members during their active paid memberships can own the full product to the Arena Member's Cloud "OTA Library", where it can be streamed at any time that the subscriber's membership is active. All full products are also available as DVDs.
Streaming rental VOD matches are only available for 24 hours for non-Arena members. Arena Members get a DISCOUNT on VOD rental pricing, plus if they log into The Arena they also have the option to rent a match for 7 days (sign in to The Arena first then find the VOD you want to rent there, for this 7-day option). Members also take advantage of frequent SALE PRICING, bulk token discounts, and other bulk discounts, plus a 'Free VOD For the Week' changed each week, as well as hundreds of other free and paid exclusive video clips and options.
3) DVDs which are DVD-R formatted and will play on most DVD players anywhere in the world. They are shipped in a simple cardstock sleeve and do not usually require customs inspection due to their small size.
All titles and most matches may be purchased through our on-line ordering system at any time.
4. What is your REFUND POLICY?
We offer refunds for VOD rental purchases and OTA purchases if you are unable to stream the content using our service, on a case by case basis, but you must contact us by email (thearena@bgeat.com) or phone (781-293-1168) within 12 hours of your purchase to let us know that you have not been able to stream our content.
We offer 100% refunds for faulty DVDs are also available (info@bgeast.com or our phone customer service: 781-293-1168.

5. PHOTOS on our site (size, number, non-nudity)
Our site is designed to sell our videos, the vast majority of which focus on wrestling. We do not offer extensive numbers of free photos or video clips/trailers from each match on the main bgeast.com website, and we do not show frontal nudity on our main website even if there is nudity in the match, which is indicated by a flashing logo on each match page on the site.
However, we give you more high-quality wrestling action shots than many pay and video sales sites, as well as written descriptions. If the match description and photos offered do not give you a good sense of the tapes or matches, you can join our Membership Area, The Arena at BG East, which includes any nude photos, includes free video highlight clips from nearly every match, some free trailers, and the option to own entire matches or purchase products as Own To Arena (OTA) products to your Membership cloud (and watch them any time your Arena membership subscription is active).
All our hundreds of photos are copyrighted so write us for permission and caption/link information before using them in any way. We do require links to bgeast.com or watermarks with same.
6. The SHOPPING CART for DVDs only, and BULK DISCOUNTS
Selecting and purchasing DVD products on the BGEast Website is easy. Simply click on the appropriate graphic or link next to the product you'd like to buy, and it will be added to your "shopping cart." This action in NO WAY requires you to buy the item you've selected.
At any time, you may view your cart by pressing "VIEW CART". This option allows you to change any and all options for your choices, as well as delete any you do not wish to buy. When you have finalized your selection(s), you can press "Checkout" and proceed to the actual purchasing screens.
There are discounts available for higher amount purchases, and these are programmed in as you get to the final payment: THE MORE DVDS YOU BUY, THE MORE YOU SAVE.
Get 5% off any DVD order between $100-149,
10% off any order between $150-249,
15% off any order between $250-$399,
20% off any order between $400-$499, or
25% off any order of $500 or more!

7. ORDERING DVDs for Shipment, ORDERING STREAMS, and BILLING
The BGEast website features a variety of on-line ordering options Video on Demand rental streams and for hard copy DVDs (discounts for multiple DVDs purchases are automatically applied to your shopping cart when you order DVDs to be shipped using the methods below).
For DVD purchase, options include:
- Order Printing -- The site generates a form that you can print on your printer, throw in an envelope with a check, money order, or cash, and mail to us at BGEast. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of your check/payment.
- Credit Card -- Using our secure server and processor, you can input your credit card number, and we will verify the charge while you wait. Your order will be shipped upon verification. We only accept MasterCard and Visa at this time, including credit cards AND debit cards underwritten by these two cards.
The charge on your credit card bill will appear as BGE*NEWPROWRESTLING.COM on your credit card statement.
Please note that DVDs are shipped in a DVD-size cardboard sleeve with a one-side color cover indicating the contents. There is no spine. This thin packaging of our DVDs makes foreign delivery possible with great ease. If you have any questions, please contact us.

8. SECURITY and Your Information
The BGEast website ordering system uses all the most recent encryption technologies, which means every piece of information you provide to us is encrypted at the browser level and decoded on our server. See our Privacy Policy (bottom of homepage) for more information.
9. SEARCHING BGEast.com for your favorite wrestlers, holds, keywords
It's also easier to SEARCH the site than ever. When you type in a search word, such as a hold or wrestler name, you now get a list of every match, or every page where that word appears, so you can find your favorite things.
We also now have an ADVANCED SEARCH feature, so you can find just the products with your favorite wrestler (such as in the title lines, in case that wrestler is referenced in the description of a match he does not appear in), or an exact phrase in all our products pages, like 'boston crab', or just all DVDs available from a certain catalog.
Within each set of search results, you can now ALSO do another search from within that set of results!
We have programmed keywords into every match page, so that types of gear worn (bikini, jock, barefoot), locales (mat, ring, outdoors), or types of erotic behavior (kissing, CBT) are searchable even if the specific words do not appear in the text description of the match.
However, for the BEST search capabilities, combine this bgeast.com SEARCH feature with the one on our membership subscription area, The Arena at BG East, where you can show all the video match options, free clips, extensive photo galleries, sale items, and specialty features by using the Search in the upper left of the Arena Menu while logged in!
