WHAT EVIL LURKS

Assassin. The very name is intended to strike terror in the hearts of men. The original assassins, from the Middle Ages, were ruthless murderers who didn't fear death - and the word was never said aloud, merely mention in whispers, for generations. The Assassin chose his ring name very carefully, as carefully as he made the decision to hide his identity behind varied luchador masks. From the first moment he stepped into the BGEast Arena (Masked Mayhem 13, vs Payback, himself revealed to be another of the wrestlers on this catalog's Undagear 32), his name become legend and mentioned, sometimes, only in quiet whispers in the weight room or in the locker room. Who is he? What does he want? And why does he enjoy inflicting pain so mercilessly, relentlessly, endlessly? His attitude and allure have lured many a BGE star to don a mask for the chance to demask him.

And so masked 'Stainless Steel' also made the decision to face The Assassin, in the ring, and carefully. What better way to make a name for yourself than by taking down one of the nastiest mystery villains in the current BGEast roster? What better way to get the attention of the fans, the other wrestlers, and more importantly, the Boss himself, than to unmask this terror? The Assassin doesn't care about fame. He doesn't care about fans or bloggers or anyone else except who signed on the dotted line, and whom he's staring down in the ring.

Assassin takes a good long look at the flexing masked muscle in front of him, resplendent in his white and gold glory, like the stainless Crusaders of old. But those crusaders feared the assassins, and Mr Steel would do well to remember that. Assassin admires the muscle, admires the pose, but as he looks at his foe he's thinking things like: "Pec claw. Tie him in ropes. Listen to him howl in pain."

The Assassin strikes his own muscle pose, mocking his hapless and soon to be helpless foe. And before Steel knows what's happening, he's tossed into a corner and being beaten, smacked, choked, clawed, and destroyed. The Assassin's pleasure in his crimes is apparent, as he takes his time, never rushes, never hurries, never asks for a surrender. No quarter, no mercy. The ring echoes with Steel's agonized cries of pain, as he gurgles trying to breath with his neck draped across the bottom rope and a brutal boot pressing down on the back of his head. The Assassin loves to use the ropes on his victims, as Steel soon learns. Forced through the ropes, then grabbed by the head and draped backwards over the top rope, his back arching and bending further than anyone's should ever, held in place and unable to move or resist by an arm wrapped tightly around his throat, he gasps for every breath, trying to focus on breathing as his back arches a little bit more, then even further, and finally even the Assassin finds some lost splinter of mercy in his dark soul, telling Steel, "You'll choke to death. Just give up."

The wonder in his voice that Stainless Steel has yet to beg for pity, surrender completely, give up his manhood as expected also has a touch of - could it be respect? No, not from the Assassin. He only feels contempt for the fools who wrestle him, and he longs to stain the record of this wannabe demasker. Finally the surrender comes, Steel collapses into a sweaty puddle of muscle on the floor outside the ring, and the Assassin again mockingly strikes a muscle pose in the center of the ring, reminding his victim of his one-time moment of pride in the center of the ring. The Assassin isn't finished, yet, though - so he climbs down to the floor, grasps the mask and tosses Steel back into the ring. The claws are brutal with the fingertips digging between muscle fibers, as Stainless Steel is knocked down, again and again, kicks and throws and chokes and low blows until finally, beaten and battered, humiliated and harassed, his mask comes off and the whole world can see who his real, pathetic identity is---and the Assassin has one last humiliation in mind for the pathetic fool.
